A

  • Accessibility
    To ensure that everybody can enjoy  our facilities to the full we have accessible toilets and a special seat to enter in the pool
  • Airport Trasfer
    We can help you if you need a transfer to or from the airport. We’ll give you the phone number of the drivers that provide this kind of service.
  • Adapters
    EU and US conversion adapters are available. Please contact the reception or Housekeeping and we’ll have you plugged in and switched on in no time!
  • Alarm Clock
    Do you need to wake up early in the morning? Ask to the Reception Staff to set the alarm clock for you.

  • Bathrobes
    Available for rent (6€/each for all the stay) directly at the wellness center. Included in all the Family Suites. Available also ponchos for kids.
  • Breakfast
    Breakfast service timetable is from 8 am to 10 am.
    If you need, we can provide gluten free products, lactose-free or suitable for other allergies or intolerances.

  • Check-out
    We ask you to leave your room by 10 am on the departure date. If you want to stay longer to enjoy the spa after check out, ask the reception for late check-out (See section L – Late Check Out)
  • Comments & Feedback
    We believe that you will enjoy your stay in Hotel Montana. However, we welcome your comments and feedback. If you wish to discuss your
    stay, please speak with the reception staff.

  • Dinner
    You can enter the restaurant for dinner from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Our kitchen is equipped to cook suitable foods for  intolerances and allergies. Please advise reception in advance for special needs.

  • Electric Car Charging Station
    The hotel offers for free 4 charging seats for electric cars. Two are located nearby the main entrance, and two are in the garage. The columns are located near the green car parking.
  • Emergency Medical Care
    The Emergency Medical Care asnwers everyday (Mon – Sat) from 8 pm to 8 am and on Sunday and Bank Holidays all day long.

  • Facebook
    Keep you up-to-date with news and offers from Hotel Montana via our Facebook page.

  • Garage
    Our garage is available to all the guests. It simply opens with the room key. Places are not numbered. You need no card to exit from the garage.
  • Gluten Free
    We are members of the AIC. Our kitchen is prepared and equipped to serve at best gluten free dishes.
  • Gift Vouchers
    Gift vouchers for wellness and treatments can be purchased directly at the reception of the Spa.
  • Gym
    The gym is open every day from 10am to 10pm. Access is permitted to aldults only (over 16 years old). Children under the age of 16 can only access with an adult’s supervision. Pets are not allowed in the Gym.

H

  • Housekeeping
    The room is cleaned and tidied up every day, once the housekeepers have finished preparing the daily arrivals. For special needs you can contact the governess or the reception.
    In the rooms where there are pets, for reasons of security, the maids enter only when  the governess – or the reception – is informed that the animal is no longer in the room.
    COVID-19 ALERT! During Summer season 2020, the daily housekeeping is on request only: just place the card on the door’s handle to request the daily housekeeping. This will limit the housekeeping staff movement from one room to the other if not required. We thank all our Guest for their comprehension an cooperation.

L

  • Late check-out
    19€/adult & 15€/kids: pool and wellness, lunch and room, if available, on departure day.
    25€: only room, if availbale. Luggage Service
    We have the opportunity to keep your luggage for a few hours, if you want to ski one more hour or to take a walk in summer. Just ask in reception.
  • Laundry
    Clothes to wash? You can deliver the bag of your clothes to wash to our governess or in reception. The clothes will be washed and returned,
    also ironed on request. This service is on extra charge.
  • Lunch
    You can enter the restaurant for lunch from 12:30 to 1:45 pm. Our kitchen is equipped to cook suitable foods for intolerances and allergies. Please advise reception in advance for special needs.
  • Lost & Found
    Did you forgot a personal beloning? Ask at the reception: most of the time, it has been returned to us!
    Did you get home and miss something? If we found it, we can deliver it to you!

M

  • Mass (Church Service)
    Catholic Mass every Saturday at 5:30 pm in Vason church (150m far from the hotel).
  • Miniclub (+ 3 y.o.)
    The playground for children is always open and available. The animation staff is present in July and August and from December to the end of March. Times may vary, so we invite you to consult them outside the games area, which is located on the lower floor at the reception. Being an area for children, please enter without shoes afterwards having carefully disinfected your hands with the special gel.
    COVID-19 ALERT! Because of coronavirus health and safety meaures, in Summer 2020 Miniclub service is temporary suspended.
  • Meeting & Events
    Our meeting room provides all the privacy you need, combining business with pleasure in quiet surroundings (coffee break, light lunch
    or dinner available on request)
  • Mobile Phones
    If you are carrying a mobile phone, we ask you to respect other guests privacy and quiteness. If possible, avoid making or receiving phone calls in the Spa or relax areas.

  • Newspapers
    Main local newspapers – and Italian ones in high season – are available in the hall to be read.
    COVID-19 ALERT! Because of coronavirus health and safety measures, in Summer 2020 printed newspapers will not be available in our hotel.

P

  • Packed Lunch
    Are you planning a one day trip far from Vason or a picnic? On request we can prepare you packed lunch (cost €9/each), also with foods for perople with allergies or intolerances.
  • Pets
    Allowed with an additional cost of 9 €/day. Bowl and mat supplied. Animals are not allowed in restaurant, and breakfast room, gym, miniclub and wellness center.
  • Payment Methods
    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress) and debt cards. It is allowed payment by check,
    cash (up to a maximum of € 2,000) or bank transfer.
  • Pool
    The pool is open from 10am to 10pm for hotel guests. Pool, whirlpool, kids’ pool at controlled height and independent
    entrance, outdoor whirlpool (36°C). The water is heated and kept at a temperature of 32-34°C. It is not necessary the headset.
    Always included for all guests.

  • Recreation Room (Penny Arcade)
    The recreation room is open every day from 10 am to 10 pm. Rackets, balls, sticks and pool balls are available in reception. Billiard/pool for a fee € 5/hour.
  • Room Service
    With an extra charge of €2/order, we can bring you coffee, drinks or small sweet and savory snacks directly in your room. You can call the

  • Room Housekeeping Service
    Do you need a bathrobe, an extra towel or an additional pillow?
    Just ask the governess or the reception. Towels and bathrobes are available at the wellness too.
  • Room Temperature
    You can adjust the room temperature of ±3°C on the deafult temperature with the thermostat. As we are on the top of a mountain, there is no air conditioning in the rooms (if too warm… just open the window!)

S

  • Safe
    The digital safe is located in the closet. Just follow the simple instructions to set up your own combination. For problems or needs, contact the reception.
  • Spa
    The Spa is open every day from 10am to 10 pm. Finnish sauna, biosauna,
    hammam, relax areas and herbal tea corner.
    Included in the summer, on charge in winter, if not already included in your stay (info at reception or at the wellness center).
  • Snacks
    A range of snacks is available from the Bar including healthy and gluten free options.
  • Spa Suite
    On reservation only. Exclusive area inside the Spa, suitable for 2 or 4 people. Packages and rates are available
    at the wellness center reception.
  • Skiroom
    The skiroom is available to guests and is located on the lower floor at the reception. It is connected directly to the outside by a ladder. It is under video surveillance.

T

  • TaxiVason-Trento €/50-55 each way.
    Ask the reception for the phone number of the taxi driver.
  • Train Station Transfer
    On request and reservation, we can pick you up or bring you to the station to take your train. Prices and information at the reception.
  • Travel Essentials
    If you left home any item, please contact Housekeeping or Reception.
    We have beauty essentials, toothbrushes, shaving kits, sewing kits and emergency toiletries available, as well as extra duvets and pillows.
  • Trekking Sticks
    You can rent trekking sticks directly in the reception for 2€/day.
  • Treatments & Massages
    The menu of treatments and massages it can be consulted directly at the desk of the spa or on our website.
    All treatments must be booked at the spa reception (dial 444).
  • TV
    Do you have problems with TV? Does the remote control seem not to cooperate? Ask in reception (dial 9).
  • Trekking Backpack
    We gladly make available for guests the trekking backpacks to transport safely and comfortably children (up to 15kg in weight).
    You can request them at the reception.

    montanafast – Wi-Fi on charge, faster, requires a password that can be requested at the reception desk (€5 for 1
    day, €7 for 3 days or €10 for the whole week).PS: There is no optic-fiber arriving here, internet works through radio-connection. Especially due to bad weather, internet may be slow.
